Immediate plan is to stabilize current property and possibly expand with acquisition of adjacent property with 130 units (VERY poorly managed). Maximize income through process streamlining (e.g. – self service kiosk, online reservations/payments, solidify off-sight management and oversight to the point there local presences will not be required. Continue to look for other opportunities to either trade-up from this property or acquire additional properties in this area or other areas I may move to depending on family/vocational commitments. Looking for larger conversion opportunities to invest in with Scott’s partnering/funding program.
