Promoter’s Obligations for Webinars
1. Market and promote the call/event to its audience through announcements, newsletters, web site, email, voicemail and or other advertising as determined by Promoter’s sole discretion;
2. Pay for all teleconference phone lines, webinar service and if applicable recording of the call/event
3. Provide professional sales and support staff
Return Guarantee and Refunds
Speaker will offer return guarantee on products sold at the call/event. The “Return Guarantee Period” is 30 days from date of sale. The “Return Guarantee” means that any customer may return Speaker’s products to Speaker or Promoter for a full refund if done so at the customer’s expense within the “Return Guarantee Period”, provided all returned products are in resalable condition. Promoter has the right to state the “Return Guarantee Period” on customer sales receipts if needed/used. The Party receiving a return will promptly notify the other Party of such return.
Any requested returns or refunds occurring after “Return Guarantee Period” are the sole responsibility of Promoter
Proceeds and Expenses
Profit from all products and services, including products and boot camps old through or as a result of the event shall be calculated as follows;
A. Net sales will be split fifty(50%) percent to Speaker and fifty (50%) to promoter;
B. Net sales equals the gross sales less (i) any sales tax if collected, refunds processed and (ii) credit card processing and handling charges of three (3%) percent on both sales and refunds.
In the event that a credit card company or merchant account imposes an holdback, promoter agrees to cooperate fully, including accepting a delay in payment to correspond with any holdback period imposed until settled.
