…I was working 60-70 hours a week

…and I fell into a deep depression.
Those dreams I had when I got into real estate had become my nightmare and I was in complete agony because I couldn’t even provide for my wife and our 2 kids.
Maybe you can possibly relate to some of that, …it was the worst feeling ever.
But then I discovered something that literally changed my life forever…..
I discovered a way to get into the Hottest Sector in All of Real Estate – buying Self Storage facilities – with NO money, NO credit, and NO experience whatsoever.
Shortly after I began buying Self Storage facilities, I quickly dumped all my time zapping, negative cash flowing, single family homes, apartments, and all their tenants, toilets and trash to build a “mini” self storage Empire.
