Kathryn is also an Operations Specialist specific to self-storage with 12 years of experience in the industry from ground level to ownership. Before starting in self-storage, Kathryn spent five years as an FDIC Compliance and Forensic Auditor for U.S. Bank in St. Louis, Missouri. After a successful career with the Missouri Self Storage Owners Association helping maintain storage owner needs, grow membership and draft new self-storage legislation (Nebraska and Kansas included), Kathryn now helps storage owners develop and implement storage operations. Kathryn enjoys trying new sports (archery, anyone?) and managing a self-storage consulting property management firm. Kathryn’s available for evaluating and defining projects and private consultations.
Anne Mino joined Live Oak Bank in 2013 as a marketing team member, where she worked to bolster key relationships for business development. Anne’s passion for finance and helping small business owners led her to her current role as a lender, focused on the self-storage industry. Her finance, marketing and business ownership background make her a strong partner to help navigate small business lending options. Prior to Live Oak, Anne ran her own small business.
